Staging, Development, and Local Sites No Longer Count Towards the Site Limit

Domain names that match one of the patterns listed below don’t count towards the maximum site limit of an Admin Menu Editor Pro license. This is meant to allow you to test the plugin on localhost and in common development/staging environments. You will still need to activate your license key on each dev/staging site (to enable plugin updates), and those sites will still show up in the “Manage Sites” tab of the license information screen.

Existing Customers

If you purchased a license before this feature was introduced, you don’t need to take any action. This change also doesn’t require a plugin update. We’ll automatically check your currently licensed sites against the list of known domain name patterns. If you previously hit the “maximum number of sites” limit due to using the license on a dev site, you may now be able to activate the same license on additional sites.
